On 30th August 1984, my life as an academician at UTM began and I have not looked back ever since.  Computer Science and later Information Technology have never ceased to amaze me although my first degree was in biological sciences.   Apart from teaching at the Department, I had the opportunity to be involved with several consultancy groups mostly involving government agencies and government-linked companies since 1992.  

On a personal note, I am a wife to the most loving and wonderful man of my life.  A mother to four children, three girls and a boy.  My youngest boy is a special child - a savant at computer games - a real special gift from God.  We thank Allah everyday for giving him to us for we learn a lot from a child who is so pure and clean at heart.
